Windows and Doors Galore

Eichler Solutions celebrates the opening of its new peninsula windows and sliding-glass doors showroom this Saturday November 5 with a one-day open-house sale that owner Sergiy Smelyansky says won’t be heavy on the hard sell.

“We will sell nothing that day,” he says, half seriously perhaps. “We will just introduce ourselves.”

The focus instead will be on education. Eichler owners who have problems with windows, doors, insulation, ventilation, or heating can confer with a cast of trained experts, drawn both from Eichler Solutions’ staff and guest manufacturers.

“Besides the obvious, we will demonstrate and explain special products that have never been shown before,” Smelyansky says, including retractable shutters, awnings, and sunscreens—and even a wine cooler that can be installed in a closet. “They’ll see how it works, see the wine racks,” he says, “and taste wine too.”

A variety of other complimentary beverages and refreshments will also be available.
