Beam Repair - rotted wood

I've searched through the forums looking for a recommended contractor/carpenter who is familiar with restoring Eichler beams. We have two spots in one of our atrium beams that have some rotted wood and I need to get them restored professionally. I'd rather not risk doing this myself. Does anyone have a contractor (in Southern California) that they would trust for this type of job?

I, too, am having the same problem with beams - so much so I have had to put a post to support the rotting beam. Any help would be appreciated. Also in the So. Cal. Eichlers.
