Children's book illustrator seeking Eichler for new book

Hi all,
I'm an author and illustrator of children's books with several published books. I grew up in Palo Alto and have always loved Eichler homes. I'm hoping to set my next book in an Eichler that has period furniture (or updates of that look) to create a true retro vibe. The characters of my book will be illustrated over the photos.
