Covering posts with aluminium

I recently went to an open house where all posts (and sills etc) were nicely wrapped with aluminium. This one was painted or finished with green paint - looked very nice, I did not see any obvious nails or screws. Does anybody know who is doing these special wrappings? Or how one can DIY?
