cracks on the interior walls

Hi,

My Eichler (A.K.A Maywood) house in Palo Alto has growing cracks in one walls of the bedroom behind the garage. The front door has just started showing the problem of not closing properly as if the building frame or foundation or both are deforming. I appreciate any suggestions regarding these problems.
