downspouts and beam capping

Can someone recommend a contractor to cap my beams and install downspouts? My roofer says it's the painter's job. The painter says to get a gutter guy and the gutter guys all say it's the roofer's job.

While this seems to be par for the course for contractors, I don't find it amusing. I have a painter coming next week and no gutters or beam flashing.
