Eichler home to rent for special event

I am an event planner with Lyndsey Hamilton Events, and I have a client looking to rent a modern home in Orange for a client appreciation dinner party.

Does anyone know of a source I can contact to rent an Eichler home for the night for this event? It will be a high end dinner for a law firm in Orange County.
