I need a little information about Eichler-inspired homes that are in Oceanside, CA. There are sever on the market and most are in disrepair (you should see some of the modifications being done!) There was an article in the North County Times many years ago about these homes. Does anyone know the student of Eichler's that followed the style of building? ANY information would be useful. Thank you in advance.

Know where they are on the casino named streets south of St. Rte. 76 (not 78). I've seen them and you are right, no one seems to care too much about them. I think the modern plan ones (scattered thruout) are the only AQ Jones plans I think & I think there's only one with a hip roof next to the park and ride lot. I think they are circa 1963 and almost all have 1 car garages. There was a brief discussion on lottaliving.com about em.

Thanks for the reply.
There is also a development off of North River Road- Siesta Drive, Tacayme, Luna, Sol Sitio, Verde, and Roja Drive. I think they were the same 1963 era. I sincerely appreciate the reference to the other web discussion. Much appreciated.
