Eichlers in Palo Alto?

Hi,

We recently moved from Manhattan to Palo Alto and have discovered Eichler homes and have fallen in love with them. We are hoping to raise our family in one of these magical homes.

We currently are in an apartment near University and are very flexible with our timing. Does anyone know of one that might become available? We would certainly pay whatever is the fair market value.
