Exterior Painter Recommendation in Marin

Can anyone recommend a really great exterior painter in Marin that can work magic to a house that is in dire need of major exterior prep work and paint?

We've owned our house for only 2 years and it seems one of the previous owners used an elastomeric paint on the wood siding and beams and it is now peeling badly. I'm afraid that the whole house might need to be stripped down or it might require new siding.
