In the Rec Room, unlike our other three forum areas, you may request or provide positive recommendations and referrals of service companies and/or products, subject to the following guidelines:

• The Rec Room is intended for positive recommendations and referrals only. No bad-rapping, please.

• All Rec Room recommendations and referrals represent the opinions of the poster and not necessarily those of the Eichler Network or its service company members.

• Individuals affiliated with service companies or products may not recommend or refer themselves, their companies, or products. Ads or solicitations from dealers/service providers are prohibited.

• If your service company receives a direct inquiry, please respond to that post via e-mail to the inquirer.

• Posters are legally responsible for their recommendations and referrals, and can be held liable for malicious or fraudulent posts.

• No rates, prices, or price comparisons may be posted.

• Posts that violate these guidelines may be deleted without notice, and the poster may be banned.
