Highlands and PG&E

I'm curious about the current status of the Jefferson-Martin transmission line project. I've heard PG&E has decided to run the lines underground, but construction hasn't started yet, and now other groups are battling that. What will this mean for Highlands Eichler property values? Are residents in the area worried about construction ruining the watershed? Is this a reason to think about selling?

If the undergrounding goes through I think highlands real estate will increase in value. There are public hearings on Dec 8 and 9th, so show up if you live in the highlands!
