looking for an original front door
We are looking for an original front door. If anyone has one to sale. Please let me know.
I may be wrong but isnt the original door just a plain slab door, with specialty hardware?
Our 32 year old front door is rotten at the bottom where water/rain hit hard over the years. We're hesitating to replace the entire door because of the possible complications and the cost. First of all I have not been able to find the locks that look like the original that is simple and modern. Has anyone had the same problem? Or, anyone has an original door you would like to offer to us?
What is the size of door that you need? We just remodeled our entry way and took out the original front door and if it is the right size........

Dear John,
Our front door is 90&1/2 inches by 35 & 13/16 inches. The thickness is 1 & 3/4 inches. The center of the door knob is located 5 inches from left, where the hinges are at right, looking at the door from inside, and 35 & 1/4 inches from the bottom.
Do these dimensions match yours?
