need contractor for mold/mildew issue in Sunnyvale

Hi, we're new owners of an Eichler in Sunnyvale. There's a nasty mold smell under our kitchen island, and an attempt to solve the problem by pouring antimicrobial cleanser beneath it of course didn't work. (There's no leak.) We need a contractor to get a look under there and see what's going on -- which may involve moving the island. Can anyone recommend someone good and reliable? We have a crawling 9-month-old and an asthmatic preschooler who's allergic to mold, so we very much hope to do this once and do it right, and hopefully as quickly as possible. Much thanks in advance!
