Need help to replace rot in bathrooms

Got the house- yeah. Got 2 bathrooms with dry rot to the wall boards- hmmm. I have no idea where to start to find resources for a peninsula Eichler. Unfortunately, not much money left over at this point. Anyone know about cost effective approaches? and where to go?
