Need a Roofer
I now have a non-foam roof and it's time to replace. I will consider any type of roof, even tar/gravel. I'm more concerned about finding a good and reliable roofer. I'd appreciate any suggestions and recommendations.

try Bill Hamilton Roofing in Campbell. we got a new IB membrane roof and are very happy with it. the crew was exceptionally nice and we pleasantly negotiated the issues that came up - and anyone who's done a reno knows that things do come up!
It's good that your addressing your roofing problem in the Summer instead of waiting until the Winter to fix the problem. There are a lot of roofing companies you can hire locally that can take care of this for you. I suggest asking your neighbor who did their roof so you can find a reliable roofing company to complete this home improvement profect.
