Need some advice/recommendation on doors/windows replacement

Hello everyone - we live in a courtyard Eichler in Sunnyvale. We are planning to replace most of the slider doors, the picture windows and some bedroom windows. We got a quote from Brothers Windows that seemed ok. Has anyone had work done by Brothers before? What were your experiences.

If anyone has suggestions on other companies that do these glass replacements, can you please let me know. I am worried about going with someone that has never even seen an Eichler before. Brothers says they have but I was wondering if I could get some idea from the Eichler Network
