Old dual purpose doors - brand name is hard to read, used for master bathroom & toilet

Hi - anyone familiar with a lazy sather door? very hard to read the words - see attached image. these are the missing door types we need for our master bathroom, dual doorway- seems to be this door pivoted or swung between the entry to the bathroom and the actual shower / toilet. Thanks in advance!
