PEST CONTROL
Wanted references to Pest Control/ termite vendor.
I have tented this house 2X and follow-up with monthly service. I have not been too satisfied with vendor accomplishments.
I also have subterranean termites that I have professionals treating both inside and out in traps — but not much positive progress.
Have carpenter ants as well. And my neighbor has carpenter bees.

I am not sure of the geographic location of Fairbrae tract. I have a very good referral for a pest control company in Northern SM county, and they service they entire Bay Area.
It has been my experience that termite stakes have marginal success at best; it is better to use a company that tries a more aggressive approach (such as injecting termiticide into a trench or drilled holes in to the slab).
Understand that subterranean termites do the most amount of damage in the shortest amount of time to the structure, so it is important not to mess around with treating these uninvited "guests".
Carpenter ants feed off of the termite larvae, and make nests in the wood; they still to damage to the structure, but once the food source (termites) is eradicated, then they will move on. Please email me and I'll give you the referral.
