PVC Roof - leaks, repair, replacement?

The roof on our 1963 Sunnyvale Eichler was replaced with a PVC Duralast roof in 2001, before we bought it. We've had a few leaks over this wet winter and could use a tune-up anyway, so I called the company that did the replacement. They can't get here to take a look for 4-5 weeks, and I haven't been impressed with their customer service.
Any tips or suggestions for repair or replacement would be most welcome.
