Radiant Heat Windows?

Does anyone out there have experience with installing radiant heating windows, like those manufactured by IQ Radiant Glass or Vitrius, in their Eichler? They can apparently be a primary heat source in our California climate, and may be more energy efficient than radiant floor heat. No more cold drafts from the windows in winter! I could use a referral to a window installer with experience with these in the Bay Area.
