See Our Eichler 'Lower Level' Being Built

We are putting a lower level (basement) under our Claude Oakland designed Eichler home, which was built in 1969. As part of the renovation and new construction, we're applying for LEED-H Platinum status as this will be a very 'green' home. Many people from the Eichler Network have seen our construction blog (http://www.EichlerVision.com) and have followed our progress.

During the renovation/construction period, we're hosting six collaborative informational sessions so interested people can 'see' what we're doing. We are located in Monte Sereno (adjacent to Los Gatos in the South Bay) in a small enclave of 16 Eichlers.

If you would like to see our project and attend the first session on Saturday, October 24 (12:30 to 4:30 pm), please take a look at the invitation for more information and also our sign up sheet. Since this is an active construction site, anyone coming to the site will have to sign a waiver so we need to know who is attending in advance.
