Has anyone on this board solved (or looked into solving) major slab leveling issues? I'm not talking about the usual minor settling spot here and there that can be addressed with a little thinset. The slab is significantly settling all around the house perimeter. Have yet to measure damage precisely but I'd say it's close to an inch.
Any company in the Bay Area doing assessment and concrete leveling/raising (by injection for instance)?
I understand that this would most likely result in radiant heat system breakage, but this could be taken care of in a second stage (leaving settling progress would result in leaks at a later point anyway and this would be more problematic at that time - the floor is exposed for now).
