SoCal Eichler featured in new Atomic Ranch magazine
Atomic Ranch magazine for Winter '04 has a cover story on a wonderful 1959 Eichler in Orange. Nicely decorated and tastefully renovated. Check out the new kitchen, based on the X-100 original Kitchen and their blue prints.
As usual, Michelle Gringeri-Browm and husband Jim did a great job!

I received my copy this week and I was so impressed with their restoration. I love the color scheme they used in the grey/green range with brown accents. The paneling was a lighter color than the baseboards and trim which was a dark brown. This was a nice contrast and showed its possible to deviate from the original but keep in tune with the spirit and vision of the original.
I noticed those baseboards too. Nice contrast with the floor and walls. What a pleasant space!
