Hello,
I have a Thermador WO-16 wall oven in great working condition. I decided to give it a good cleaning and followed my manual as to how to take it apart. Once I took the door apart I realized the insulation was disgustingly greasy.
Has anyone replaced their insulation? What should I use? My guess is some type of high heat insulation but I am not sure if food safety is an issue.
