I have a Thermador WO-16A wall oven. The receptical is no longer working as the pins have worn out. I can't find pins for the receptical any where. My local oven repair shop wants to replace the element with some funky thing that would require drilling a hole in the oven wall. I don't want to do this. Does anyone know where I can get replacement pins? The baking element no longer works and I'm jonesing to bake again. Thank you for any help I can get.
I have the exact same problem. I wonder if anyone could just repair those pins instead of changing them. I don't even know how to go about finding the person who could do such a thing. I am DESPERATE. I love the oven and don't want to get a new one.

I finally found a repair guy who would drive out to my house and at lease look at it. Here's what I found out: On my oven there was no ground, so the center pin was like brand new. The two outside pins, only the bottom halves were bad. He switched the worst of the two bad pins with the center one and flipped the other bad one around so the bottom half was now at the top. He filed smooth the bake element prongs so they were shiny again. TaDa. It's working like a champ again. I too love my oven and the thought of having it inoperable over the holidays was depressing. I don't know how long this fix will work, so in the mean time I'm still on the hunt for a new recepticle. Good luck.
