Thermador WO-18AP Wall Oven Manual

Greetings from the still-snowy Midwest!

Found this forum while searching for help on our vintage Thermador Oven.  We are replacing it, but it would be helpful if I knew how it all came apart.  

Does anyone have a pdf of an orginal owner's and/or installation manual?  Would be much appreciated.
