How to Get Started Posting Pictures on the Snapshot Showroom
- If you are not already registered on the Chatterbox Lounge, click on the "register" link above in the top menu and complete the simple registration steps. Your password and login information will be confirmed via e-mail.
- Log in by clicking on the "login" link in the top menu of the Chatterbox Lounge, and then type in your username and password in the fields provided.
- Click on the Snapshot Showroom button to go back to the Snapshot Showroom.
- Click on the "Admin mode" link in the top menu, and then click on the "Create / order my albums" button to set up your picture albums.
- You must have at least one album of your own set up to upload pictures to. Name your new album something that makes sense -- "the Eichlerholic's favorite Eichler," for example. (You can create more than one album in your gallery.)
- Once your album is set up, click on the "upload picture" link in the top menu. Find the image you want to upload (stored on your own computer or camera) by clicking through on the "Browse button" and finding it on your computer or camera. Post only .jpg (jpeg) and .png files. Maximum file size for your personal gallery is a total of 1,024K.
- Fill in the picture title and picture description fields. This is your chance to brag! And it makes it more fun when viewers have information about what they are looking at.
- Click the "upload picture" button and, presto, the image is now ready for the world to admire. You can change your settings and photos anytime by going to your "admin" area. Go to the "User mode" to see the Snapshot Showroom gallery.
