remodel recommendations

Dear All,

We are new proud owners of an early model Eichler home in Palo Alto and are looking for recommendations for contractors/designers for quite a few issues that we plan to tackle:
- fixing issues with foam roof
- sewer system analysis/repair
- interior/exterior design and remodel (not adding more square footage, but possibly doing some alterations)
- flooring
- bathroom remodel
- windows/sliding doors replacement
- landscaping
