Hello,
The closet doors in our master bedroom are missing and we are looking for an affordable replacement, hopefully something that looks like the original doors. Our home is a 3 bedroom Eichler in 19th Park Avenue, San Mateo (JE-65 floor plan). The double sliding doors (4 doors) should span the width of the rear bedroom wall.
Has anybody replaced their closet doors? If so, how did you do it? Did you use custom doors?
Has anybody got original doors that they no longer need? If so, we would be happy to purchase them from you.
Thank you,
Karl
Hi Karl,,
I've been rehabbing an Eichler in San Jose and I have a bunch of doors somein original condition. What size(s) do you need?
Hi,
Thank you for getting back to me. I need 4 matching doors at 33" or greater wide by 92" tall.
I'll check the sizes when I'm over at the house first thing Sunday morning and get back to you.
Did you get a chance to measure the closet doors?
sorry for the delay. I have four that are 31" wide and two that are 37" wide. All are 92" tall and are in original condition.
Thank you for getting back to me.
I measured the doors that I currently have in other rooms, and with some swapping around, I should be able to make it work.
Can I please come and see the doors you have? How much do you want for them?
Tonight after 5 would be good. Send your phone number to [email protected]. No idea about cost. I wasn't planning on selling them until I saw your ad. What's a fair price these days?
Ok. I sent a message to your email.
Hello, I have an extra set of Eichler closet doors left over from my project if anybody needs them. They are both 31"W x 94"H and need repainting. They do not have grasscloth, but that could easily be applied.
