Dont know if this helps, but we recently had a new roof installed by Dura Foam (they advertise on this site) and as part of the roof work they installed new downspouts and the piping down to the ground. So, it seems that either the work isnt so hard that you need a dedicated gutter guy, or that the roofers are also good at this kind of roof-related work.

So, you might want to give a roofer a call for advice or recommendations.
