Eichler Plan in American Builder Magazine

Hi there - I hate to be one of those annoying people who sign up to post an auction, but I felt this should go to someone in the Eichler community - Im a Eichler and Midcentury Modern fan and recently got a lot of American Builder mags from the 50's and 60's... this one is from 1959 and shows an Eichler Home as a runner-up in their 'Model Home Contest'. I live in Toronto so no hope of an Eichler for me... hopefully this mag will find a good home!
