Eichler's In Salinas?
Hello,
My husband and I are considering buying a house listed as an Eichler in Salinas. I can't find any records of Eichlers being built in Salinas. They style of the home is definately consistant with Eichlers. Does anyone have inforamtion about whether or not Eichler built homes here? Thank you.
Our records don't show any Eichlers in Salinas, but we've been fooled before with custom Eichlers away from the Bay Area hub. Why not post some pics?

In searching the surrounding neighborhood, we also found 1 other home that appears (from the outside) to be the same floorplan.
We are trying to get in touch with the owners or occupants of that house.
Certainly Eichler-inspired, but not a true Eichler (ie. built by Eichler Homes). Unusual to find an atrium (which this one has -- nice) among Likelers.
I live in a Likeler in Salinas, in same neighborhood. It has many more Eichler features than this house but we have the original blueprints and know who the architect was.
