Electrician and Window Replacement Referrals in Marin County

I'm a new Eichler owner in Marinwood/Lower Lucas Valley. I'd love some referrals to electricians who can upgrade a main electric panel with whom you have had good experience. I'm also considering replacing the original single pane windows with double pane Blomberg windows and would like any referrals to an experienced installer who works in Marin.
