Exterior concrete maintenance

Hello,
Sections of my Eichler exterior concrete including driveway, pathways, and patio are cracked and the hardwood dividers between the concret sections are rotten and/or long gone. I was wondering if anybody has ever restored Eichler exterior concrete to it's former glory including replaceing the wood between the concrete sections? Does anybody know of a contractor in the Peninsular Area, who might have experience? If so, please send a PM directly, or post recommendations on the Rec Room of this forum. Thanks.
