We are demolishing our kitchen this weekend (August 12-14) and need to get rid of:

Electric 4 burner cook top
GE Single Electric Oven Black model#JRS04BOW5BB
GE Nautilus Dishwasher
Two Basin Overmount Stainless Sink
A full kitchen's worth of Youngstown Kitchens cabinets by Mullins
Luan: The entire house's interior panelling (painted white, but back side is original)

If you or anyone you know might be interested in any of these items, please have them contact me.

Thanks,

Am seeing more and more of this.

Time based and if no one happens to see it in time, goes to the dumps.

So lost to the collective here.

Wonder if someone with lots of warehouse space would take this kind of stuff and catalog it. Maybe a basis for business that would expand outside of Ecihlers, say modern architecture places.

Just a thought. Wish I had some idle warehouse space as think this area (both locality and market) is only going to be growing vs diminishing supply ("new" copies will take over).

Ben,
I think a swap meet for Eichler spare parts would be fun.

Gordon,

Very cool of you to offer your stuff up to the Eichler community. Might be worth trying freecycle.org too. Stuff that you'd never imagine anyone could ever want gets snapped up in a jiffy. Not so sure about ancient appliances, but assuming they're still working, you never know.

Good luck with your project, and post pictures!

Robert
