Online views of Fairglen home tour
Well, this posting is late in coming and I hope you will forgive me for that. One of many to-do's still undone when holidays hit...
You might know that the Fairglen tract (WillowGlen) of San Jose has had a spring home tour for the last few years. This year's almost didn't happen due to lack of committee volunteers and host homes. Everyone was busy and those that could squeeze in the time had already done so in the past 4 years of the event. As it turned out, we did manage to pull it off by piggy-backing it onto the annual fall Fairglen block party. It made for special challenges in planning (the same committee handled both events) and for a very long day in execution, but I think the consensus was that it was another success.
This year, they tried something new--virtual tours of the 5 homes. Since the Fairglen tract doesn't yet have a website up and running, a neighbor was kind enough to host the videos. You will find links midway down the page at:
