ponding water

I have an Oregon Rummer with a Duro-last type PVC roof that is about 3 years old. There are no leaks that I am aware of, but I am concerned about some areas of ponding water. These areas do not drain easily even with clear drains and scuppers--the roof is slightly lower in this area, enough to cause a pond of water to stand about 1" deep. I would be interested to know if anyone has experienced the same issue and what was done about it. Can sections of the roof be built up to eliminate this?
Thanks

Depend how deep the ponding is (2" or more typicall won't pass final inspection) would be the cause for concern. The nice thing about the Duro roofs is that it the are they simple to re-seal. It would not take much to put down tapered insulation and the recovery board to raise that area an inch or two (they might be able to open your roof, install build up of insulation and re-install existing roofing with minimal patching). Call Cal-Pac or whomever installed you roof and get someone out there when it is still wet (preferably raining) to eavluate further (Maybe a warranty item.....it won't hurt to ask). Gook Luck
