Rusted Circular Air Duct Vents

Our house has circular air duct vents just like many other Eichlers. Unfortunately due to occasional condensation coming through the air ducts became rusty at which point we repainted the air ducts. Now they've quickly become rusty again. Ideally we'd sand, prime and then repaint them, however do you know if I can purchase any rust-free air duct vents from any of you or somewhere else I maybe able to find them?

You might be talking about the fan housings. If there is a fan inside the object of your query, you can get replacement parts that will fit at an appliance parts store. Good Luck
