skylights that qualify for energy tax credit

I'm looking to replace my sweaty skylights. Anyone know of any skylights that qualify for the government's energy tax credits that were part of the stimulus package? Windows have to meet some strict criteria and I haven't been able to find any skylights that make the cut.
