A realtor stumbles across a 1958 Eichler in San Jose and spends a year renewing the home's beauty. A 14-year off-and-on renovation transforms a dated 1970s Virginia house with a dozen new windows, new decks and a free-floating gazebo. A couple transforms an old brick cottage on the outskirts of Louisville with a restoration and a massive 8,000-square-foot addition.
