Thermador built-in oven knobs?

Your forum has the most information about vintage Thermador appliances, so I'm hoping someone can direct me to the places that specialize in vintage replacement parts. I've got a ~1967 built-in Thermador double oven, model No. MSC228-4. These ovens still work perfectly after 40 years. Even the clock and timer work.

There is a Selector and Thermostat knob for each oven. I am looking for a Thermostat knob. I also need glass for the lower oven door, which is cracked, and two knobs for the clock. Thermador doesn't support this older model anymore.
