 There are three Eichler sub-divisions in Concord with a great Eichler-enthusiast community. Many sensitively renovated homes here! Eichler neighbors can participate in monthly speghetti dinners, holiday events, July 4th parade, welcome to the neighborhood parties. After looking for an Eichler for 3 years in the SF Bay Area, we settled on Concord not only for the price, but the peace & quiet and how accessible it is to SF via BART.
