EPDM or Liquid Acrylic for flat roof

Hi,
Has anyone had any experience with re-roofing with either of these type of roofs for a flat roof.

This is one supplier - I think a number of companies make this
The single ply EPDM sounds attractive though maybe a problem with roof penetrations.

Any contractors in the San Jose- Pennisula area doing this kind of work?
