Exterior door with glass panel insert - source?

We are planning a complete remodel of our second bathroom. In our model, that bathroom has an exterior door to the side yard. Our current door (which is not original but is decades old) is badly warped. We intend to replace it with a contemporary style wood door with a large glass insert (one piece of glass, double pane) that comprises about 80% of the doors surface area and be made of tinted, mirrored, one-way glass. A shade on the inside will be mounted so that it can be pulled down at night for complete privacy ("one-way" glass could be seen through at night when the bathroom light is on).

Can anyone recommend a good door source, someone you have used who does quality custom work? This door is not a standard size, and because of the design requirements, will have to be custom made.
