House settling, walls cracked, probably a foundation problem

Our foundation must be cracked because two corners of our house are settling. A long crack about 1/4 inch across has opened up in the wall in the corner bedroom. Also, the garage has warped about an inch and the lock on the sliding garage door doesn't meet. I am worried that the stress on the radiant heat will cause pipes to break. Has anyone had problems like these and fixed them by raising the foundation where it has sunk? Are there contractors who do this type of work? Thanks for your help.
