Need advice: Repairing atrium/carport wall and front door

Hello,

Our Atrium Eichler model carport/atrium wall has become unsteady. We think it is because the load bearing beam that is part of the door frame has begun to sink into the ground.

Has anyone experienced this problem? Do I need a structural engineer to evaluate the problem?
