South Bay/San Jose - drywall work?

I am hoping to replace some (SOME... not ALL) of the wood panelling in my home. I have been told that there are some contractors who prefer to do this specific work, and that they will carefully take down the panelling so that it might be reused at another location, instead of taking it to the dump.

I would prefer to see the wood reused, and assume that any contractor that would reuse the wood would also be familiar with Eichler homes. Can anyone suggest some resources for this work in the San Jose/South Bay area? Please send recommendations directly to geminder AT gmail DOT com
