Acrylic Window Cover

I've seen acrylic covers installed on the ceiling-to-floor windows in Eichler homes. The covers are installed on the inside and nicely seal the single-pane glass windows.
Does anyone know who install them?

These are "The Great Eichler Windows" and they are installed by a company in Redwood City. They are terrific. You keep your original window and frame intact without the big thick ugly window frames
that most window companies now want with the size windows most of us have in our Eichler Homes.
