Eichler sliding closet doors

We used one of our hall closets as a nursery. When we took the crib out, we couldn't find the doors! We need to replace the sliding closet doors that are made from paneling tacked to a 1X1 frame. Any ideas? We would take old ones if we could find them. Do I have to have them custom made?
